Cadet Programme
We offer a cadet programme to Grade 1 and 2 pilots where we train them about each aspect of conducting a flight. At the end of the programme, they have to undergo a checkride before logging flights for the airline. If they pass the checkride, they can begin flying flights for the airline. If they fail, they are allowed to undergo another checkride 7 days later. The structure of the programme is as follows:
Grade 1 Cadet Programme - this is for Grade 1 pilots interested in flying for our virtual airline. This programme consists of 10 classes spread out over the course of 2 months (however this is flexible depending on both the trainer's and the cadet's preferences). If they are still not Grade 3 after passing the checkride, they are allowed to fly as a Trainee but cannot become a Junior First Officer until they become Grade 3. Grade 2 Cadet Programme - this is for Grade 2 pilots interested in flying for our virtual airline. This programme consists of 8 classes spread out over the course of 1-and-a-half months (however this is flexible depending on both the trainer's and the cadet's preferences). If they are still not Grade 3 after passing the checkride, they are allowed to fly as a Trainee but cannot become a Junior First Officer until they become Grade 3. The requirements for the cadet programme are as follows:
